1. Who I am

Robinson Growth Technology Consulting ("RobinsonGTC," "I," "me") is a sole consultancy based in Sacramento County, California.

2. What I collect

• Contact and Snapshot forms: name, business, email, phone (optional), website, and whatever you type about your business.
• Self-assessment: your 9 answers, band scores, and, if you request the PDF copy, name, business, email, and optional phone.
• Booking: name, email, and appointment details via the scheduling tool.
• Analytics: pages visited and conversion events via Google Analytics 4.

3. Why I collect it

To respond to your request, deliver your results, schedule calls, and improve the site.

Marketing follow-up happens only with the consent checkbox checked. You can opt out of any email with one click. If the box is unchecked, you get a transactional reply only.

4. Sharing and sale

I do not sell your personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Service providers (forms, scheduling, analytics, hosting) process data only to provide their service.

5. Your California rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

• Know what personal information I collect and how I use it.
• Delete personal information I hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate personal information.
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. Neither occurs.
• Non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights.

6. Retention

Lead and assessment data: up to 24 months, then deleted unless an engagement begins. Engagement records: the engagement period plus applicable legal periods.

7. Cookies and analytics

I use cookies and similar technologies to collect information about your browsing activities:

• Essential cookies: required for basic website functionality.
• Analytics cookies: help me understand how visitors use the site.

Analytics are provided by Google Analytics 4, which records pages visited and the conversion events listed in section 2. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling them may affect some site functionality.

8. Data security

I implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These include:

• Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS).
• Secure data storage with access controls.
• Regular security assessment of third-party service providers.

No method of data transmission or storage is completely secure. While I strive to protect your information, I cannot guarantee absolute security.

I may update this policy to reflect changes in practice or legal requirements. Updates are posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. For significant changes I will provide prominent notice by email to subscribers and a notice on the site.
